Born in 2000, Nestor Vassilakis has performed internationally since 2016 — a saxophonist and composer rooted in the New York jazz tradition, sharing stages with artists like David Liebman and Gilad Atzmon.

Through original compositions and jazz standards, Nestor brings the energy of the New York mainstream sound to every performance. His music blends tradition, passion, and a distinctive modern voice.
From New York’s Nublu Jazz Festival to London’s Vortex Jazz Club and EFG London Jazz Festival, Nestor has performed across Europe and beyond. In 2025, he continued touring Greece with the Father & Son project alongside Dimitrios Vassilakis.
